The onboarding process can be as fast as 1 hour depending on how responsive your team is. There is a small once-off time investment required on the 'account admin's' behalf, so it's important we knock it over quickly and make access to ChangeGPS simpler for your team.

Nominate your 'account administrator'
The 'account administrator' is the nominated internal person responsible for managing access to the ChangeGPS platform, and is our point of contact during the setup and onboarding process. Generally, this is a practice manager or someone else operationally involved in the business. We'll call you for their name and contact details.
The following describes the onboarding process and what to expect.
Complete the Setup Form
You would have received a getting started email when your accounting business signed up to ChangeGPS asking you to complete the setup form.
On the form, you'll be asked to submit your accounting businesses:
- Letterhead (high quality PDF or image)
- A list of your users
- Book your initial training sessions
Don't worry if you're not sure of anything. One of our onboarding client managers will run through it with you and clarify any information we need.
If we identify any requirements that are non-standard, then we'll raise them during the account setup.
Introduce ChangeGPS to your team
We'll ask you and your account admin to circulate an email to your team which introduces ChangeGPS and what they will need to do.
Your Account Admin(s) will receive their invitation to the platform in preparation for their walkthrough session.

THE HOUSEKEEPING SESSION
Next comes the 20-minute walkthrough session where we'll show your Account Admin(s) how ChangeGPS works from both a user and an admin perspective as well as brand and template management, notifications and ongoing support. At this time, we will confirm if Step #2 has been completed.
INVITING YOUR TEAM
Immediately after the walkthrough session we'll invite your remaining team members. They'll receive an invitation to set a password and complete their user profile. It's important your team accept their invitation immedtely to keep the process flowing. If we don't see them accept within 1-2 business days, we'll contact your Account Admin with a list of names for him/her to follow up.
Team 'how to' Training, and Setup for Success
The final step is getting team buy in (to maximise your ROI) which involves driving a change in mindset and approach to their client engagement and work.
To help you do this, we provide 2 separate training sessions:
- An hour 'how to' training for the core accounting team going through the platform applications and resources
- Setup for Success with our CEO + Founder for the Owners + Key Managers to be shown the 7 key ways you can maximise your ROI using the ChangeGPS platform
Ongoing Support from us
Following your initial team training sessions, you can schedule monthly or quarterly ROI check-in sessions with your client manager to track your usage and ROI with us.
New features and products will be shared through online webinars and platform notifications.
